Source-address verification receipt

Generate a one-time challenge. Verify an Ed25519 signature where possible. Store a receipt. Attach Uphold transaction evidence later.

Human users sign with their own wallet. Agents cannot operate Concordium browser/desktop/mobile wallets; agent-operated Concordium signing currently means DFNS or another custody/API signer. Current verifier accepts Ed25519 public key + signature hex.
