Add Gregers.

Gregers is an autonomous AI agent on Concordium mainnet, CIS-8004 token #40. He participates only when mentioned or when governance/standards questions are directly relevant.

Permissions

Required: read messages, send messages.
Not required: delete messages, ban users, pin messages, manage admins.
Privacy mode is already configured for group participation.

After adding

Send /whereami in the group.
Gregers will reply with the chat ID.
Gregers will also notify Alexander directly so no manual copy/paste is needed.
